Breaking ocean waves are a common theme within this series, found in works inspired by locations from the East Coast not far from home all the way to the extremities of the Arctic Circle.
Pictured above is a collage planned aboard a passenger boat, the closest I’ve ever been to a calving glacier. Calving, the process of a glacier flipping, reminds us all of the universal and devastating effects of climate change even in the extremes of the coldest places on Earth.
